Below are answers to some frequently asked questions you may be looking for. If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please don’t hesitate to submit a new question with the form in the end of this page, or contact me via Contact Form.


Q: “Do you ship outside of Canada?”

A: Yes! I use Canada Post parcel services to provide economical shipping around the world. In the shopping cart and checkout pages you can find the list of available shipping options for your shopping cart content and given address including prices and estimated delivery times. For more information about the shipping options please check Canada Post website.


Q: “Which currency do you use for prices?”

A: All the prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you use different currency, you can find estimated currency exchange rates at XE website. The exact exchange rate depends on your credit card provider.


Q: “How quickly do you process orders?”

A: Because I don’t have inventory but products are made after they have been ordered, all regular orders should be processed within couple of working days, while special orders may take a bit longer as they may involve more time consuming work. Once your order has been shipped you will get a confirmation email and receive the order depending on the shipping method you chose. However, if you are in a hurry, let me know it in the Order Notes of the checkout page and I’ll do my best to expedite processing your order so that you will get your products in time.


Q: “Can I use credit card for payment and is it safe?”

A: Absolutely! You can choose credit card option upon checkout, which uses the most stringent level of PCI compliant solution by Stripe and SSL connection for secure transactions to ensure that your money is safe. If you prefer, you can also use PayPal option which directs you to PayPal website for payment and has option to use credit card as well.


Q: “Can I buy a gift for my friend and have it shipped directly to her house?”

A: Yes! Upon checkout you can use different billing and shipping addresses just for this purpose to save both time and money when buying gifts to your friends. I also provide gift packaging options to make it convenient for you to remember your friends with beautifully packaged gifts sent directly from my store.


Q: “How can I minimize my shipping & handling costs?”

A: The shipping charges generally depend on how quickly you want your package to arrive (you can choose the shipping method upon checkout), so making your order well in advance saves you money. Also, if you are buying a gift to a friend, ordering the gift directly to your friend’s address saves you in reshipping costs, which can be significant particularly if you live far away from your friend. For further savings I pack multi-product orders to smallest possible number of packages and resulted savings are automatically transferred to you, so if you make bulk orders with your friends you can cut the costs even further. For example shipping 1 pair of baby shoes to UK costs the same as shipping 6 pairs.


Q: “I have a special request for my order. How do I let you know about this?”

A: You can contact me via Contact Form, or upon checkout you can write your request into the Order Notes.


Q: “What’s your return policy?”

A: If there’s anything wrong with a product you received, please contact me via Contact Form so we can sort out the issue together. I do my best to make each of my customer happy, but if the issue can’t be reasonably resolved you’ll be fully refunded. If you don’t like the product or change your mind, you can send it back at your expense and be refunded the price of the product excluding shipping costs. However I can’t provide refunding for custom made products. Please see my Terms & Conditions for more details.


Q: “I would love to buy a product, but it’s sold out?”

A: If you are interested in buying a product that has been sold out, please contact me via Contact Form. I may be able to get the required materials to make one for you!
